Design

Mechanical, electrical and renewable designs that work hard, look right and pass audit.

Many of our builds are for sectors where health and safety, hygiene, manufacturing and electrical specifications are audited. Every design meets those requirements and specifies components chosen to last.

Whether it is a field of solar panels or a full MER package for a hospital ward, a specialist designer leads the work and liaises directly with your contractors.

Fit-Out

Installation is what turns a good building into a space that works.

We install every component to the manufacturer's guidance, and we source specialist equipment where a project needs it.

Our installation teams run strict quality checks as they go, so the final details are finished to the same standard as the rest of the build.

Commissioning

Handover happens when everything is proven, not before.

Our commissioning engineers are qualified to verify performance across a wide range of systems, from light fittings and fire regulations to specialised medical equipment.

Everything is tested and certified as fit for use, and accreditations are passed on before handover. Our support team stays available after completion.

What does “MER” mean?

Mechanical, Electrical and Renewables. We started as M&E contractors and grew our renewable expertise to the point where it became a core service. Because we understand the building services already in place, we can integrate solar, storage and EV charging with existing infrastructure, improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

What principles do you work to?

Accountability, careful project management, reliability and uncompromising quality. We bring the same commitment to the smallest refurbishment as to the largest new installation.

Which industries do you work in?

A very wide range, from power generation and renewables to social housing, healthcare, food production, pharmaceuticals and copper smelting. The more niche or bespoke the project, the more value we add.

Are your engineers accredited?

Yes. We are NICEIC approved and Gas Safe registered, and we work to all relevant British Standards and electrical safety regulations. We are also MCS certified, OZEV approved, ECA registered and ISO 14001 certified.

Do you work as main contractor or sub-contractor?

Both. We deliver turnkey packages directly for clients, act as principal contractor on complex projects, and work as M&E sub-contractor to main contractors including Mace, Bouygues, Vinci Facilities and Forrest.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes. We hold hundreds of maintenance contracts nationwide, with 24/7 rapid-response cover for commercial and industrial clients and annual packages for residential customers.
