For main contractor Forrest and client Salix Homes, we delivered the electrical refurbishment of the Beechfarm estate. Residents stayed in their homes throughout.
The programme covered full rewires and kitchen and bathroom upgrades in more than 400 homes, completed in under nine months. We put residents first, and they noticed. The work was finished to a high standard of quality, safety and timeliness.
