Working with main contractor CES Limited, we helped improve social housing for Rochdale Boroughwide Housing tenants, including adaptations for new kitchens and bathrooms.
The works covered new electrics and lighting, with testing and inspection to make sure every home was safe and up to current standards. The programme improved both living conditions and energy efficiency.
