Built in 1883 as a Victorian spinning mill, Lowry Mill served the textile industry for more than a century. It is now home to high-quality offices of 2,000 to 22,000 sq ft over five floors.

During its extensive refurbishment we worked directly for the client to install the electrics for a new commercial kitchen and chef's office. The work covered three-phase and single-phase supplies, architectural feature lighting, LED and task lighting, and general power.

Scope of works
  • Three and single-phase supplies
  • Architectural feature lighting
  • LED and task lighting
