With Brown & Bancroft Interiors, we delivered the M&E refurbishment of the Patient Transport Services call centre in Broughton, Preston. After the initial consultations, we supported the client through design and produced the full specification.
Because the ambulance service had to keep operating, we worked through the building in sections. The scope covered a new distribution board, LED and emergency lighting, power and data, fire alarm modifications, maintenance of the comfort cooling, a new boiler, sanitaryware and plumbing, and a fitted kitchen.
